I just called the number from Wells Fargo 888-528-8460 and it's all automated. You need to enter your ssn and zip code and then select 1 to quit sharing your info, follow the prompts. When it confirms that they can't share your information, press star so you can select option 2 which is for telemarketers and change your preferences there as well. I did it for my wife and I and I'll let you know if I get any more calls from this number or others that are Wells Fargo affiliates.

Someone from this number keeps calling and asking for Jose. They call several times a day. We have told them several times there is no one here with that name. After three days of this I have told them if they call again I will report them for harassment. Hopefully they will stop calling.
Every day this number calls us and it's a fax beeping. Then my fax rings and nothing ever comes through. I think it's a dialer just going through random numbers. I have no idea why. I called and unsubscribed from this through the automated menu. Then I called back and unsubscribed from the company who sponsered the other people to call us.

This is totally misunderstanding. Mom means to person who called her from that number and not 800 notes. Every one look into 800 notes for more info, not blaming them.
They are a collection agency for medical bills. While they are an independent company, they are based at Charleston Area Medical Center (hence, the CAMC on the billing). You can contact the original creditor, if you know who they are collecting for, and verify they have placed the account with this agency. I verified one and it had been placed with them. When I called back, once I verified identity, they were quite pleasant and worked out a payment plan.
